About Wishes, Greetings and Blessing – 1
It is the New Year and we are all deluged with New Year greetings in a variety of forms. I thought I will share my thoughts in a three part post.
We ‘wish’ each other for New Year and other festivals such as Christmas, Diwali etc. We also wish when important events happen in others lives..such as a travel journey. Or exams, birthdays, anniversaries.
We ‘greet’ each other during the course of the day with a Good Morning or so.
When elders wish us well they take the form of ‘blessings’. In our culture we prostate before them and seek blessings.
Why do we do this? Does it really matter? Does it make a difference?
There is a science that words can be infused with energy. And if one ‘really means’ it then it can change the outcome.
Songs, well rendered are one example of infusing words with energy. When a couple are newly attracted to each other, their words of affection are infused with energy. Which wanes as the years go by. Mantras and Vedas chanted with intention ( and understanding ) are another example of infusing words with energy.
We all like it when we receive words infused with energy. Being so energiised, we believe it can change outcomes.
